What is the Panarottis Rewards Programme?
The Panarottis Rewards programme is Panarottis very own loyalty programme, specially designed to provide our loyal customers with great rewards. The Panarottis Rewards programme allows you to earn points every time you dine at Panarottis in Australia. Once you’ve reached 500 points, the points will be automatically converted into a $25 Panarottis Rewards Voucher, which can be redeemed for food and beverages within the next three years at any Panarottis Pizza Pasta Australia.
What are the benefits of being a Panarottis Rewards Member?
The nice thing about the Panarottis Rewards programme is that anybody over the age of 12 is eligible for membership.
  • Every time a member eats at Panarottis, they will receive points on their total bill. 5% of the value of their bill (excl. GST and waitron tip) will be converted to points.
  • Spend $500 excl. GST and waitron tip to accumulate 500 points loaded onto your profile.
  • Once more than 500 points have been earned, the points are automatically converted into a $25 Panarottis Rewards Voucher.
  • To check the status of your Panarottis Rewards Voucher digitally go to our website or contact our Call Centre.
  • Here you can:
    • Monitor your points balance.
    • View your statement.
    • Update your details digitally on our website (anytime) or through our Call Centre.
    • Digital Rewards Members do not need to carry a physical card.
How do I sign up to be a Panarottis Rewards Member?

There are three ways of joining the Panarottis Rewards Programme.

  1. Visit any Panarottis and ask for a Panarottis Rewards Application Leaflet. Register your card using one of the three options listed on the application leaflet found in-store.

  2. Visit www.panarottisrewards.com.au and register for a digital profile.
  3. Download the Panarottis Australia app and register for a digital profile.
How does the Digital Profile work?

It’s easy, just follow these steps:

  • Register on www.panarottisrewards.com.au
  • Once registered, log onto your profile.
  • Every time you want to earn points on your bill or redeem Panarottis Rewards Vouchers you will need to either present your card to the cashier or present your QR ID.
How do I accumulate points on my Panarottis Rewards Profile?
To earn points, simply present your Panarottis Rewards Card or unique QR ID to your waitron and 5% of the total value of your bill (excl. GST and waitron tip) will be converted to points on your Panarottis Rewards Profile. Once you've accumulated 500 points, a $25 Panarottis Rewards Voucher will automatically be loaded onto your profile.
How do I know when my points have been converted to a Panarottis Rewards Voucher?
Panarottis Rewards Vouchers are loaded on your profile. The member will be notified that there is a $25 Rewards Voucher available via email, provided we have the correct contact details of the member.
How do I redeem my Panarottis Rewards Vouchers?
As soon as you’ve accumulated 500 points, a $25 Panarottis Rewards Voucher will be automatically loaded onto your profile, which you can use to enjoy a meal at your favourite Panarottis restaurant. If you have a Panarottis Rewards Card follow these easy steps:
  • On payment of the bill, hand your card to the waitron.
  • The card will be swiped using the magstripe or scanned via the QR code.
  • The member’s loyalty account and vouchers (if available) are presented on the POS.
  • The cashier then either processes an earn transaction (if no vouchers are available or selected), OR
  • The cashier processes a redemption transaction if a voucher is selected as full or part payment on the bill.

If you are an App user, follow these easy steps:
  • On payment of the bill, present your QR code in your member account for scanning.
  • The QR code will then be scanned.
  • The member’s loyalty account and vouchers (if available) are presented on the POS.
  • The cashier then either processes an earn transaction (if no vouchers are available or selected), OR
  • The cashier processes a redemption process if a voucher is selected as full or part payment on the bill.

Please note the following:
  • Points or Panarottis Rewards Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to tip waitrons.
  • Panarottis Rewards Vouchers may only be redeemed by the registered owner of the profile.
  • A Panarottis Rewards Voucher may only be claimed if the bill total equals or exceeds the Panarottis Rewards Voucher value.
How do I check my points balance?
If you have a physical Panarottis Rewards Card, just ask your Panarottis waitron for a balance slip. Your waitron will check your balance at the till point or print a balance slip for you. You can also log onto www.panarottisrewards.com.au or login/register via the app.
What if I forget my login details?
Go to the login page at www.panarottisrewards.com.au, click on "Forgot password?". Follow the steps to regain your details. You can also complete this process within the Panarottis app.
What details do I require when I contact Panarottis Customer Care?
  • Name and surname
  • Date of birth
  • Panarottis Rewards Membership Number
  • Mobile number and/or email address
What if I forget my card at home?
A card can only be swiped once in a 24-hour period. Should you visit more than once in a day, request to speak to the manager who will be able to help you with this transaction.
What if there is one card and several bills?
A card can only be swiped once in a 24-hour period. Should you visit more than once in a day, request to speak to the manager who will be able to help you with this transaction.
What if the bill comes to less than $25 and I ask to redeem a Panarottis Rewards Voucher and get change?
Change cannot be given from a Panarottis Rewards Voucher. The bill needs to equal or exceed the Panarottis Rewards Vouchers value.
Can I tip my waiter with my Panarottis Rewards Vouchers?
Panarottis Rewards Vouchers cannot be used to tip the waitrons.
What if I have more than one Panarottis Rewards Voucher and I want to use all of them?
You may use as many Panarottis Rewards Vouchers as you wish, as long as the bill total is the same or more than the value of the Panarottis Rewards Vouchers.
How long does it take for my points to reflect on my profile?
It can take up to 72 hours for your new points to reflect on your profile.
What if I need a replacement card and it has to be linked immediately?
When you are in a restaurant, you can request for this to be done by the waitron. The waitron will contact Panarottis Customer Care to confirm your previous Panarottis Rewards Card is blocked and to then link your new card to your profile. You will need to give your waitron the following information:
  • Your name and surname
  • Date of birth
  • Panarottis Rewards Membership Number
  • Mobile number and email address
When redeeming a Panarottis Rewards Voucher, do I still earn points? If so, are points earned on the discounted total or the full bill total?
Yes, you will still earn points; however points will be calculated on the discounted value of the bill.
